The process of purchasing a home, can at times become stressful, irritating, and often a bit confusing. You are setting a purchasing budget, choosing a realtor, deciding on the general location, to name a few.  Sifting through likely home candidates until you have narrowed your search to the one which will suit your current (and future) needs and desires...... you may then have concerns whether the home you have selected could have some negative issues which are not readily obvious to you, or you may not feel qualified to judge; negative issues which could become significant expenditures in the future.  This is where we come in.   As Certified Home Inspectors, it is our function to visually  explore the various systems which make up the home and based on that,  offer our professional opinion of the condition for those system's components,  with functionality and safety key. It is our intent throughout the inspection process to gather information based on our observations which when compiled in the "report" help  our "client" (you) make an educated decision on how they may wish to proceed.

We will provide you with a computer generated "report" comprised of our opinions, observations, and recommendations.  In most cases, this report will be e-mailed to you no later than the following day. The physical portion of the inspection  typically lasts around 3 hours, depending on the size and/or condition of the property.

Of course, you are welcome to join or be present at the time of inspection; perhaps an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the home.

Different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing which does not vary is that a  QUALITY  home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately, a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's  own effort.
